RETURNS/EXCHANGES

SHIPPING/HANDLING INFORMATION

Please allow up to 3 business days handling time for art print, magnet, and sticker orders. All other merchandise will require slightly additional time due to being printed on demand. Please check emails for order status.

All art prints shipped within the US will be shipped via UPS Ground Service. Shipping time is typically 2-4 business days within the continental US, 6-8 business days to Alaska, Hawaii, and all other US territories. However, these times are not guaranteed. Tracking number and insurance will be provided to buyer via email upon payment.

Please contact shipping service directly with all delivery inquiries. Bludazzi Prints LLC will not be responsible for lost/damaged items once they are accepted for shipping by mail carrier.

Please make sure mailing address provided is correct. Bludazzi Prints LLC will not be responsible for undeliverable items. Buyer will be responsible for any additional fees due to undeliverable items that are returned to us.

For deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, all other US territories : buyer is responsible for full shipping costs. Rate will be dependent on location, and weight and will be added at checkout.

For international mail shipped outside of the US, buyer will be responsible for all shipping fees, PLUS any additional fees, local taxes, and/or tariffs imposed by customs to ensure delivery. Shipping fees will be dependent upon location, weight, and shipping service selected from the shipping options provided at checkout. By placing your order, you are acknowledging, and agree to pay, these additional fees that may be imposed when the shipment reaches the destination country's customs.

Please note that items can not be bent. Typical package size is 12.75" x 15" and will not always fit inside certain mailboxes. For this reason, we use UPS as they deliver directly to the door.

Please do not use a PO BOX as your mailing addressUPS will not deliver to PO boxes. A shipment addressed to a PO Box can experience delays, is not covered by any UPS service guarantees, and is assessed an address correction surcharge. Any fees incurred, and/or delays experienced, will be the responsibility of the buyer.

 

COMMISSION REQUESTS

Sorry, we do not accept commissioned art requests at this time. However, please feel free to send recommendations/ideas to info@bludazzi.com. We may consider your suggestions for drawings in the future!

 

ORIGINAL DRAWINGS
